By using Cormonity, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Cormonity account. Users under 18 require a verified community affiliation (school, club, or organisation) and may be subject to additional guardian oversight features.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity is strictly prohibited.

3. Community Standards

When using Cormonity, you agree not to:

• Post content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Share content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors in any way
• Spread deliberate misinformation or engage in coordinated manipulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or commercial solicitation without authorisation

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Cormonity, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and store your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not claim any additional rights over your work.

5. Creator Economy & Blockchain Features

Cormonity offers blockchain-based creator tools for monetisation. By using these features, you agree to the applicable transaction terms presented at the time of use. We are not responsible for losses arising from wallet mismanagement or blockchain network volatility.

6. Community Safety Features

Our community safety tools are designed to support community leaders and administrators — not replace human judgement. Any notifications to trusted contacts are opt-in and configurable. You may review and adjust these settings at any time through your account preferences.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cormonity is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
